The regular meetings of the new season will be at the BCITRA office on the first Wednesday of each month at the usual time of 7:00 pm. The BCITRA office is in building NE9, room 150. Use the entrance to BCIT from Canada Way opposite the BCAA Building at the first set of traffic lights east of Willingdon. The building is the first one on the right but the building entrance is on the west of the building.
Alan has a new book of interest for those of you who had relatives who served in British regiments on the Somme in WW2. It gives the records of those battalions who fought there from 1 July 1916 until November 1916. So if you know the name of the battalion concerned you will be able to look it up and find where your relative was involved.
